In this context, crucial problems about natural resources governance are posed for meeting socio-economic needs of ordinary users. Main focus of such governance primarily lay onto common resources. Little literature is available on Collective natural resources which appear up to now as African societies’ specificity. It appeals to resources that carry a people’s identity in its whole functional unit. This chapter aims at presenting collective character as an asset for the governance of natural resources in post-conflict context. |
