description The paper explores the utilization of RFID innovation for traffic congestion and find out the blockage at any intersection of the street by utilizing RFID reader and labels as sensors. The idea behind this paper is to make the fixed and preset activity of traffic signal dynamic. The paper affords a unique method for making the signal timing proportional to the congestion on the roads at any time directly. Proposed intelligent system can maintain the dynamic timings of traffic signals by sensing the density of traffic to minimize the congestion with the help of IoT enabled sensors which provides the advanced and powerful communication technologies for the citizens.
