Study of the IGBT Failure in Megawatt Power Assembly

According to the engineering application, IGBT failure of megawatt power assembly was analyzed theoretically, and the mechanism and judgment of IGBT failure were summarized and studied, which is easy for people to find out the failure causes and reasonably choose suitable IGBTs.
