| description | Sleep disorder is becoming a major public health problem threatening people’s life. This paper summarized the the scalp-acupoint massage combined with five-element music therapy for one patient with insomnia caused by liver depression transforming into fire and related nursing experience. Acupoint selecting by syndrome differentiation, massage method, five-element music therapy, routine living guidance, dietary intervention and emotion care were carried out. By regulating the balance between Yin and Yang and promoting emotions and harmony of five zang viscera, the Scalp-acupoint massage combined with five-element music therapy is effective to improve the sleep quality and emotion of the patient with insomnia caused by liver depression transforming into fire and related nursing experience. (睡眠问题已成为影响公众身体健康的重大隐患之一。本文总结了1例头部经穴推拿联合五行音乐治疗肝郁化火型失眠患者的护理经验, 包括辨证选穴、推拿方法、五行音乐的选乐方法以及常规的生活、饮食和情志护理等内容, 推拿手法刺激头部经络穴位联合五行音乐不同调式, 能达到调和机体阴阳, 调节脏腑和情志等作用, 配合针对性的护理干预, 在改善患者睡眠质量和情绪方面有积极的作用。) |
