In addition to efficiency gains through AI, the potential for innovative teaching and marketing strategies was highlighted, while critical voices warned against unrealistic expectations. The author of the conference report sees structural differences in the comparison between libraries in Poland and in the DACH region, but emphasizes the common challenges that providers of information services face today in order to keep pace with the rapid development in the field of AI. |
