| Summary: | The article deals with problems of personnel supply for processes of region social and economic development, which are essential for attaining regional economic growth. The education system, which today is still at the stage of reforming, can be considered as a key source of growth. It must provide timely training of personnel of required qualification for region economy and at the same time carry out the concrete-applied specialty training of highly-qualified staff. According to the authors these goals could be reached by developing the second level of education, i. e. master course. |
