Clinical manifestations of the disease are rapid deformation in the neck area, progressive respiratory distress, and dysphagia.The article describes a clinical case of a response of unresectable, BRAF-negative, PD-L1-positive (programmed death-ligand 1) anaplastic thyroid cancer to immunotherapy with pembrolizumab.
