| description | Hoffa fracture with posterior cruciate ligament (PCL) avulsion fracture is extremely rare. The Hoffa fracture was fixed with two headless cannulated screws and one anti-glide plate, while the PCL avulsion fracture was fixed with two compression screws. The operation was completed smoothly with an acceptable surgical wound, and the postoperative result was satisfactory. |
