复合纳米生物催化剂Fe3 O4-ZIF-8@ET 2.0的 制备及表征Preparation of composite nano-biocatalyst Fe3O4-ZIF-8@ET 2.0 and its characterization
为提高脂肪酶Eversa Transform 2.0稳定性和利用率,采用共沉淀法将磁性纳米粒子Fe3O4与金属有机框架材料ZIF-8耦合,并使脂肪酶Eversa Transform 2.0固定于复合材料上,制备复合纳米生物催化剂Fe3O4-ZIF-8@ET 2.0。以酶比活力和蛋白负载率为指标,以固定化时间、加酶量及固定化温度为考察因素,对Fe3O4-ZIF-8@ET 2.0的制备工艺进行了单因素实验优化。通过扫描电子显微镜、透射电子显微镜和傅里叶红外光谱仪对复合固定化酶的微观形貌和官能团进行表征。将Fe3O4-ZIF-8@ET 2.0用于催化米糠油脱臭馏出物的酯化反应,考察其催化性能和重复使...
