Summary:Background: Goat farming is one of the livestock that contributes to community food security while providing economic opportunities for farmers, especially in rural areas. CV SG Farm is a fairly developed goat breeding and cultivation company but has not yet conducted a comprehensive assessment of income and business feasibility. Purpose: This study aims to determine the production input of goat farming business at CV SG Farm in Dete Village, Lape District, Sumbawa Regency, NTB and to analyze the income and feasibility of goat farming business. Methods: Case study research method, data collection is carried out by means of structured interviews using questionnaires, observation and documentation to obtain primary data, while secondary data was obtained by conducting literature studies, reading from various books, the internet, and print or electronic media. Results: The results of the study indicate that the use of production inputs in goat breeding and cultivation at CV SG Farm is supported by efficient cage design, balanced feed, and selection of quality breeders. The reproduction process is carried out naturally with good management, and organized labor. The amount of income is IDR 103,000,000/year. Business feasibility such as R/C Ratio value 2.14, B/C Ratio 1.14, NPV value IDR 37,858,622.00, IRR value 10.26%, PP value 2.8 years, ROI value 113.74%, and equity profitability value 35.94%. BEP production break-even point value of 31 heads and BEP price of IDR 1,378,787.88. Conclusion: CV SG Farm's goat farming business is declared feasible to continue. Investment criteria such as R/CR, B/CR, NPV, IRR, and ROI show good profit potential with a fast return on investment. Although the profitability of equity is not too high, this is still acceptable because the business remains profitable overall. The business risk is relatively low because BEP is achieved at a sales level that is not too high, so the long-term potential looks good.
