| Summary: | The article discusses the current problems of digitalization of the anesthesiology and intensive care services, including the lack of unified approaches to assessing the level of digital maturity. The key barriers to the introduction of digital technologies into clinical practice were analyzed. The study proposes a new method for assessing the level of digital maturity of the anesthesiology and intensive care services of a medical institution, based on the developed formula that takes into account key indicators of digitalization: the level of automation of processes, integration of information systems, access to real-time data, the use of artificial intelligence and other technologies. The proposed method can be used to diagnose the current state of digital maturity of the service, plan further steps and improve the efficiency and quality of medical care. |
