| description | This article summarizes the comprehensive nursing management for a patient with Demodex-related dry eye treated with Thunder-Fire moxibustion combined with Chinese herbal medicine iontophoresis. Based on integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine diagnosis and syndrome differentiation, personalized nursing interventions on activity of daily living, dietary regulation, and treatment compliance were implemented following the principles of holistic care and syndrome differentiation nursing. By integrating characteristic Traditional Chinese Medicine techniques such as Thunder-Fire moxibustion, Chinese herbal medicine iontophoresis, meibomian gland massage, and systematic health education, the patient’s ocular surface symptoms were effectively alleviated, with enhanced treatment adherence and quality of life. (本文总结采用雷火灸联合中药离子导入治疗1例蠕形螨相关干眼患者的护理体会。基于中西医诊断及中医辨证分型, 遵循整体观念与辨证施护原则, 从生活起居、饮食调护、治疗配合等方面制定并实施了个性化护理方案。通过联合运用眼部雷火灸、中药离子导入等中医特色技术, 并配合睑板腺按摩及系统化健康教育, 有效改善了患者的眼表症状, 显著提升了治疗依从性和生活质量。) |
