This study investigated the impact of administrative empowerment on organizational performance at the Hasnaoui group in Sidi Bel Abbes. A sample of 47 individuals was surveyed, and the data were analyzed using statistical methods.
The study found that there was no statistically significant relationship between administrative empowerment and financial performance or customer relationship management. However, there was a statistically significant relationship between administrative empowerment and operations management, and organizational learning.
These findings suggest that administrative empowerment can have a positive impact on organizational performance, but this impact is dependent on the specific dimensions of performance.
التمكين الإداري وأثره على أداء المؤسسة: دراسة حالة في مجمع شركات حسناوي بسيدي بلعباس
الملخص:
يتناول المقال دراسة أثر المتغير المستقل المتمثل في التمكين الإداري على المتغير التابع المتمثل في الأداء. تم قياس أبعاد الأداء الأربعة بالاعتماد على بطاقة الأداء المتوازن، وتمت دراسة الحالة في مؤسسة حسناوي بسيدي بلعباس.
تم الاستعانة بالاستبيان الالكتروني في منهج دراسة الحالة لدى مجمع حسناوي، وهذا لظروف الوباء والحجر الصحي، حيث وصلت العينة المتاحة إلى 47 فرد، وتم تحليل البيانات ببرنامج التحليل الإحصائي Spss (v25).
من بين النتائج المتوصل إليها : عدم تأكيد العلاقة الإحصائية بين التمكين الإداري وكل من الأداء المالي وإدارة العلاقة مع العملاء في مجمع شركات حسناوي بسيدي بلعباس، في حين ثم تأكيد العلاقة الإحصائية للمتغير المستقل وكل من إدارة العمليات والتعلم التنظيمي لدى عينة الدراسة.
