| description | The inferior vena cava leiomyosarcoma is a rare type of retroperitoneal sarcoma. We report the case of a patient submitted to surgical R0 resection of leiomyosarcoma of inferior vena cava by videolaparoscopy with good evolution in the postoperative period. |
