Summary:This study aimed to explore the impact of information and communication technology skills of managers on dimensions and indicators of learning organization in agricultural consulting firms in Isfahan province. The study population was consisted of all CEOs of these companies. Among them, 103 persons were selected by simple random sampling. A questionnaire was used as a main tool for collecting data. The questionnaire was consisted of two main parts: “DLOQ Standard questionnaire of learning organization dimension and Atkins and Marsick (1998)” and “questions for measuring managers’ ICT skills”. Validity of questionnaire was confirmed by panel of experts and its Reliability was tested by Cronbach’s alpha coefficient. Descriptive data specific to the dimensions of organizational learning indicated that, totally the dimensions and indicators of a learning organization in the studied companies were at a moderate level and there was a positive and significant relationship between managers’ ICT skills and the level of learning organization dimensions. Structural equation modeling also showed good fitness of the conceptual model of research to investigate the relationship between ICT skills and dimensions of the learning organization.
