Summary:Dynamic load simulation of a virtual prototyping simulation model(established based on contact force in UG and ADAMS) of new-type planetary bevel gear CTV system is studied experimentally.The dynamic load characteristic curves of main transmission elements of the system are obtained,which illustrate the curves change rule with time and the influence on the transmission performance of entire system.All above provide important test data for the further optimum design,calibration of intensity and fault diagnosis of each main transmission element,and have certain value in practice.
