description The collaborative relationship of the design parameters of the nonstandard spur gears for improving the bending strength is studied,Based on the engagement theory,the equation of the relationship between the fillet radius and the pressure angle is established. The mechanism of action of the pressure angle,the fillet radius and the addendum coefficient to the bending strength are investigated. And the way that how the pressure angle,the fillet radius and the addendum coefficient effect the bending strength is achieved. The coordinated curves of the gear parameters and the collaborative design are proposed for the higher bending strength of nonstandard spur gears and the correctness of the study is verified by simulation analysis,the reference can be provided for the parameter design of the non- standard gear.
