Summary:Lymphomas arising in the setting of immune deficiency and/or dysregulation, also known as post-transplant lymphoproliferative disorder (PTLD) is frequently associated with immunosuppressive therapies and the Epstein Barr Virus after solid organ transplantation. Primary central nervous system PTLD (PCNS-PTLD) is extremely rare. Our group presents only the third reported case of PCNS-PTLD in the setting of lung transplantation.
