本文研究猪肝静脉结扎与栓塞的不同后果。猪能耐受累及全肝75%的肝静脉结扎,累及全肝58%的肝静脉结扎不遗留显著的肝形态学改变。肝静脉栓塞导致肝小叶中心性坏死、硬化与肝静脉-门静脉瘘。
