Summary:When gear hub assembled with gear sleeve as synchronizer assembly,gear sleeve could not be set into gear hub,the smoothness,tilt degree is unqualified,which is the main reason for the failure of assembly.The yield synchronizer assembly and assembling efficiency are severely reduced.For this reason,on the basis of analyzing the assembly features of synchronizer gear hub and gear sleeve,a mathematical model for effect of backlash is derived by using the method of mathematical derivation.Then a matching process is presented under the existing conditions.Finally,through the experimental verification,the matching process is simple and easy to implement,in under the premise of the cost of testing isn’t increased,and the matching efficiency for synchronizer gear hub and gear sleeve could be improved.
