| description | This work presents myGNSS, the first open-source, true real-time positioning application for Android smartphones. The developed app integrates three core functionalities: (1) acquisition and logging of raw Global Navigation Satellite System (GNSS) measurements from Android devices, (2) real-time position computation supporting both Standard Point Positioning (SPP) and Real-Time Kinematic (RTK) modes with meter- to centimeter-level accuracy, and (3) live visualization of GNSS data quality, satellite skyplot, and positioning results overlaid on an online map. With its high-precision capabilities, myGNSS holds significant potential for modern applications, including lane-level navigation, decimetre-accurate surveying, and geospatial research. Furthermore, it serves as a valuable tool for emerging navigation-related developments in the Internet of Things (IoT) and Artificial Intelligence (AI) domains. |
