Summary:By this approach, the proposed study opens a complex and complete vision, but not exhaustive on: The current trends of constitutionalisation of the new Civil Code and of the new Civil Procedure Code. The subject of the scientific endeavor will be circumscribed to the scientific analysis of its parts, as follows: 1) Preamble. 2) The first judicial review of the constitutionality of the law established in the United States and in Romania – their consequences. 3) Reflection of the constitutional principles in the new Civil Code and the new Code of Civil Procedure. 4) Reflection of the dispositions of new Civil Code and of the new Code of Civil Procedure in the Constitutional Court decisions. 5) Compliance with Romanian Constitution of new Civil Code and of new Code of Civil Procedure - the current trends of constitutionalisation of the law. 6) Conclusions.
