This article presents the comparative analysis of the effectiveness of immunotherapy, including polyclonal immunoglobulins IgG and standard IgGMA, as adjuvant therapy for sepsis, severe sepsis, septic shock in children.Key words: sepsis, septic shock, children, polyclonal immunoglobulins.
