Summary:In the interest of improving cycloidal modification profile meshing quality, optimal value of modification equidistance and moved distance is optimized by optimization theory and approach the curve of normal gap of modification of rotated angle and optimization toolbox of MATLAB software, On the basis of analyzing existing modification the flank shape methods. As a example of BZZ the full-hydrostatic steering control units cycloidal pair practical parameter, the result hugely approaches to conjugate profile and clearly increases meshing part and meshing gear quantity, at the same time, assuring appropriate meshing normal gap. The new method obtains for cycloidal modification gear design and manufacture.
