Summary:A clinical observation of an integrated approach to surgical reconstruction of multisystem trauma complications is presented. A man came to the Department of Reconstructive Surgery with the complication of a multisystem injury as a result of a fall in the subway on the way 6 months before his visit. An individual treatment plan was developed based on the characteristics of anatomical and functional disorders and pathological tissue changes. As a result of staged surgical treatment, functional rehabilitation of the patient was achieved with the restoration of the function of the upper and lower extremities and the achievement of a stable remission of osteomyelitis. The observation period was 11 years.
