A case of renal disease related to leukocyte chemotactic factor 2 amyloidosis
<正>病例资料患者,男,67岁,内蒙古籍,主因"发现血肌酐进行性升高7个月"于2016年10月24日入院。入院前7个月患者体检发现血肌酐升高,为143 μmol/L,当地医院予海昆肾喜胶囊0.44 g,3次/日,复方α酮酸片4片,3次/日治疗。入院前4个月外院复查血肌酐148.6 μmol/L。入院前2周血肌酐升高至194.3 μmol/L,尿常规:比重1.020,潜血、蛋白、葡萄糖均阴性,血常规未见异常。入院前1周于北京大学第三医...
