That was how the first<br />decade of the twentieth century, under the process of appropriation of this law in this department, the discussion<br />on what was understood differentially Education and Instruction occupied much of the publications of the Magazine<br />"Instrucción Pública Antioqueña” official organ main disseminator of reforming ideas. This text attempts to analytically<br />understand the historical context of these discussions, the same that ultimately lead to the so called “modern<br />subject”, in many ways. |
