Description
Summary:This article presents changes in the intensity of agricultural production organisation that have taken place after Poland’s accession to the European Union. The research was conducted at the scale of poviats on the basis of data from Agricultural Censuses taken in the years 2002 and 2010. What largely determined changes in the intensity of agricultural production organisation were organisational-economic rather than natural conditions. The changes further increased the polarisation of crop and animal production in the country. The range of those changes was considerable, especially in animal production.
