In recent years, the research and industrialization of marine biological functional products have become a hot field, showing a sustained and rapid growth trend, which can not only promote the development of marine economy and health industry, moreover, it provides a new way to ensure human health, which is deeply matched with the requirements of efficient exploitation of marine resources and high-tech applications. The market prospects are broad and the growth potential is enormous. Shandong is a major province of marine industry, and has made great progress in the development of the marine biological functional products industry in recent years. However, the problems such as low conversion rate of scientific achievements, difficulty in financing, serious homogeneity of products, weak support system and unreasonable distribution of talents which restrict its high-quality development to a certain extent. In the future, we should take more focus on strengthening the innovation ability of enterprises, giving full play to the demonstration effect of industrial base agglomeration, formulating efficient financing measures, promoting the transformation of scientific achievements, and attracting high-end talents. |
