Summary:It described the working principle, topology of power circuit, technical parameters and overall structure of a 250 kW PV grid-connected inverter, introduced its device selection principle and parameter calculation and proposed a method of integrative air duct for heat dissipation. Heat dissipation simulation and airflow rate measurement were carried out for the whole structure. Simulation and experimental results show that the inverter can meet the requirements of related performance indicators.
