| description | A flexible mechanical transmission mechanism for descaling machine is designed,which composes of gear transmission,chain transmission and flexible connection,the flexible degree of freedom movement for single input multiple output system is achieved by mutual component transmission. The process of transmission system design and function realization are detailed described,at the end,the dynamic damper performance of prototype is researched,the results show that the flexible mechanism of descaling machine overcomes rigid defects existing in the traditional pure mechanical system and makes design more full of elasticity and plasticity,which provides a new direction for mechanical transmission system design. |
