胆管中上段癌
胆管中上段癌是指左右肝管及其汇合处之肝胆管、胆囊管胆总管肝总管汇合处之肝‘外胆管部位之癌瘤,由于其部位处于肝门部重要血循供应之处,常使根治性癌瘤切除成为不可能,与处于胆总管末端之胆管下段癌不同,那里有较多的机会行胰十二指肠切除的根治性手术,故临床上胆管中上段癌在治疗上有其独特之处。...
