| Summary: | The article analyzes the existing organizational and legal forms of commercial corporations in the Russian Federation. Their constructive disadvantages resulting in unpopularity of most organizational-legal forms, due to the lack of economic feasibility of creation of corporations in such forms are revealed. The most significant criterion for determining the attractiveness of this or that organizational-legal form, related to the presence of guarantees of investors' rights, was revealed. According to the results of the study, ways to increase the popularity of various organizational-legal forms, by eliminating the existing design drawbacks and limitations existing mainly in all organizational-legal forms of commercial corporations, with the exception of business entities. The elimination of the disadvantages of all organizational-legal forms of corporations is aimed at facilitating the integration of Russian corporations into the international economic space. |
