Description
Summary:The function relationship is achieved among no-load voltage of three-phase diode full-wave rectifier, absorbing capacitance of bridge diode and no-load resistance by simulation. It illustrates that the no-load voltage will exceed the limit value of equipments’ safety and running voltage due to the inappropriate circuit parameters. It introduces the formation and limit factors of commutation overvoltage, analyzes the function of absorbing resistance-capacitance for DC side overvoltage during the components’ commutation as well as the function theory of limited commutation overvoltage. The conclusion is obtained that the no-load overvoltage can be restricted by elimination of all absorbing resistance-capacitance for rectifier’s diode.
