Summary:As the component failure tends to be normalized, a hardware architecture and software features of the online status monitoring system is proposed in this paper. The system has been installed on the prototype for monitoring data to determine if the system itself is working properly and vibration analysis has been conducted to determine if the wind turbines are faulted, thus the corresponding maintenance method can be provided. Successful running of the system and its effective fault diagnosis verify the validity of the system.
