| description | One of the greatest technological challenges lies in meeting the needs of those in need through heterogeneous techniques and systems that lead to improved work or tasks. Therefore, this project aims to optimize teaching and learning by enhancing scientific skills and creative thinking. To this end, this quantitative and descriptive research was implemented, using diagnostic instruments such as the Torrance Creativity Test, a survey, an interview, structured questionnaires, and a Likert scale. The results were analyzed using content analysis techniques. It was found that 75% of the study population demonstrated weaknesses in the development of creative thinking and 83% in the development of scientific skills in the area of Natural Sciences. Therefore, a teaching strategy is proposed based on the "ChamiloCiences" educational platform, utilizing digital educational resources. The result was a significant experience, with 89% of students strengthening their scientific skills and creative thinking. It is recommended that the institution restructure its Institutional Educational Project (PEI) to include ICT-mediated learning, supported by digital resources. Through B-learning, students are encouraged to become self-taught and develop educational autonomy, while simultaneously achieving competitive advantages for institutional success. |
