Description
Summary:ABSTRACT Objectives: to develop and validate the content of an interprofessional care protocol for high-risk prenatal care. Methods: this methodological study employed a quantitative approach and was conducted from June 2022 to February 2023. The first phase involved developing the protocol using the Convergent Care Research methodology, while the second phase consisted of content validation by 11 expert judges. The Content Validity Index (CVI) ≥ 0.80 was applied to assess the degree of agreement among the judges, and Cronbach’s alpha was used to evaluate the instrument’s reliability. Results: content validation was achieved with an overall CVI of 0.990, and internal validation showed a Cronbach’s alpha of 0.889. Conclusions: the protocol is validated in terms of content, with a high level of recommendation from the judges, which will enhance the quality of high-risk prenatal care.
