大豆分离蛋白生产过程自动控制系统问题 及智能化解决方案Automatic control system problems and intelligent solutions of soybean protein isolate production process
旨在提高大豆分离蛋白生产车间的智能化水平,减少人工操作,提高产品稳定性,降低车间的不安全因素,在大豆分离蛋白车间现有自控水平上,针对酸沉工段中蛋白液pH检测值波动、失准,造成自控系统无法正常运行,影响产品得率,需要工人定时取样校对和调整,及干燥系统没有实现智能化一键启动,人工启动工序复杂,存在预热不彻底损坏加热器、干燥塔压力控制不当损坏干燥塔的问题,提出智能化解决方案,即在酸沉工段pH计自动反冲洗系统中,采用两种冲洗液(碱液+工艺水)进行自动定时冲洗,并编制了pH计自动反冲洗系统智能化控制程序,在干燥系统中结合现场实测结果开发了干燥系统一键启动智能化控制程序。通过工艺改进和智能化控制程序的应用...
