Description
Summary:Tubing conveying perforation is the main process of perforation at present. In complex oil and gas wells, the existing detonation technology suitable for tubing perforation is easy to cause accidental conditions such as false explosion and rejection of explosion, and there are certain technical defects. Based on these issues, research on wireless detonation technology is carried out. The detonating key control ball is put into the well along the oil pipe, and the sinusoidal stepped wave wireless carrier signal with frequency of 9.6kHz and 48kHz is emitted by it. After receiving this signal, the downhole induction detonator detonates the perforating gun. Through the design of wireless detonation systems, the study of carrier modulation methods for wireless transmission, and the study of modulation and demodulation methods for downhole signals, wireless detonation technology has been successfully applied in tubing conveying perforation. This technology has been successfully applied in multiple wells in Zhongyuan oilfield, which is of great significance in reducing the safety risks of perforation construction.
