MANAGEMENT AND REGULATION OF THE APPOINTMENT OF FORENSIC CONSTRUCTION INVESTIGATIONS AND THE INITIAL STAGES OF FORENSIC INQUIRY IN ARBITRATION PROCEEDINGS
The paper highlights organizational and legal problems encountered at the stagesof appointment of a forensic construction investigation by an arbitration court, andacquisition of initial evidence for further analysis. Optimal practitioner-oriented solutionsare also proposed.
