Effects of antibiotics on callus induction in sorghum and subsequent growth of callus
Growth inhibition of Agrobacterium by 3 different antibiotics was demonstrated. Carbenicillin and cefotaxime gave better results than ampicillin in inhibiting Agrobacterium growth.
