| Summary: | For a while now, Art Therapy has been showing its utility in the field of oncologic attention at hospitals, but not yet in local agencies to help and support ill and survivor people. This qualitative study tries to generate some knowledge about this, connecting theory, practice and reflection, from a perspective anchored in the psychoanalysis and the art therapeutic line of J.-P. Klein. In the Associació Vilassar de Dalt Contra el Càncer (Vilassar de Dalt Association Against Cancer) an art therapeutic action is developed which proves itself valid and adequate to help people advance in and elaborate their own cancer experiences. |
