Summary:Based on the plane kinematics theory,mathematical model which acts on steering transmission mechanism matched with the super-modulus gear steering is established,some parameters,such as the length of trapezoid arm,transmission angle and insertion distance is optimized using optimal toolbox of Matlab.Relative to the original design value,it is accuracy to guarantee the steering angle in commonly range,lowers the car’s tyre wear at a high speed for the wheels turning errors,and proves to be feasible.
