Summary:The problems that are the background to this research are the lack of commitment and responsibility of teachers, teachers are not orderly in compiling and preparing learning tools such as Prota, Prosem, RPP and Syllabus, are late in the learning process, teachers do not participate in professional associations or organizations, lack of creativity, teachers have not implemented evaluation, remedial and enrichment programs in full, and there is no variation in learning methods in learning. Therefore, researchers want to know 1). Is there an influence of emotional intelligence on teacher professionalism, 2). is there an influence of spiritual intelligence on teacher professionalism, and 3). Is there an influence of emotional intelligence and spiritual intelligence on teacher professionalism? As a result of the research, it was concluded that emotional intelligence influenced teacher professionalism in the Seputih Banyak Madrasah Working Group, Central Lampung Regency. Spiritual intelligence influences teacher professionalism in the Madrasah Seputih Banyak Working Group, Central Lampung Regency. Emotional intelligence together with spiritual intelligence influences teacher professionalism in the Madrasah Seputih Banyak Working Group, Central Lampung Regency. From the results of the hypothesis test, it is known that the significance value for the influence of emotional intelligence and spiritual intelligence simultaneously (together) on teacher professionalism is with Fcount > F Table with Fcount (18.369) and Ftable (3.18), so it can be interpreted that Fcount (18.369) > Ftable (3.18). This can be concluded that emotional intelligence and spiritual intelligence influence teacher professionalism and the probability value of 0.05 is greater and the significant value is 0.000 or with a value of 0.05 > 0.000, it can be concluded that emotional intelligence and spiritual intelligence are significant to teacher professionalism.
