Summary:Dysmetabolic nephropathies (crystalluria) are among the most common disorders in pediatrician and pediatric nephrologist practice and are primarily secondary multifactorial. Most often in children, there are oxalate-calcium, urate and phosphate-calcium crystallurias. In their treatment, dietary correction is used; strengthened water and drinking regime; the use of energy-resistant drugs that improve the function of the mitochondria of the tubular epithelium; remedies which reduce the formation of a certain type of crystal. Complex therapy of dysmetabolic nephropathies allows to avoid possible complications.
