| description | The absence of evaluation standard seriously constraints the development of multi-function heat pump (MHP) in China. First, the basic principle of MHP is introduced briefly, and the current testing standards are discussed in detail based on different working modes of MHP, respectively. In order to make performance evaluation of MHP more accurate, MHP are then suggested to be divided into 11 categories in accordance with different forms, such as heat sources. Moreover, according to the characteristics of five different climatic regions in China, cumulative time distribution of MHP under various work modes and ambient temperature zones is analyzed. Finally, the annual performance factor (APF) to evaluate the comprehensive performance of MHP is determined. |
