Description
Summary:Optimal solid-state fermentation conditions for biocontrol agents of Trichoderma harzianum strain H-13 were studied, the influencing factors on the conidial concentration were investigated, including carbon, nitrogen, phosphate, the solid material to water, inoculums and the temperature of fermentation. By single factor and orthogonal experiments, the optimal conditions for solid-state fermentation were obtained as following: the proportion of bran to maize and solid material to water were 3∶1 and 1∶0.4 (g·mL-1) respectively, sucrose 1.5%, peptone 1.5%, ammuonium nitrate 1%, potassium dihydrogen phosphate 0.05%, NaH2PO4-Na2 HPO4 (0.5%-0.50%), inoculum 9% (mL· g-1), the temperature of fermentation among 24℃-22℃-26℃. Under this optimal fermentation conditions, the spore number were up to 1.0×1010·g-1 after 10 days. It is indicated that compared with liquid fermentation, the solid fermentation producing conidiophores has the characteristic of simpler manufacture, less cost, higher conidiophores content and easier to be preserved and transport.
