Art therapy is an important element of therapy, especially today, in the era of crisis of values, the breakdown of family and social ties, and the negative impact of various types of social media. Despite its modest volume, it is an interesting and informative reading that is worth recommending to others. I evaluate the book in terms of its formal, content and editorial aspects. I am aware that I am dealing with people who have many years of work behind them, experience and numerous publications on art and art therapy. I will try to cope with task with humility and impartiality. |
