TECHNOLOGIES OF MANAGEMENT ACTIVITY INTELLECTUALIZATION
The management intellectualization using intelligence agents, semantic Web-services, cloud computing is proposed. The integration solution in management process based on semantic Web technologies is given. The example of CRM system implementation based on cloud computing technology is shown.
