description This study aims to highlight the impact of the human resources information system on the functions of human resources management in public administration, and the Ministry of Health, Population and Hospital Reform was chosen as a model for the case study4 To achieve this, the questionnaire was used as a study tool in order to collect data by distributing it to an accessible sample of human resources used for this system in the Ministry of Health. The data was processed using the statistical analysis program Spss, using a set of appropriate statistical tests, according to the descriptive and analytical approach. The study concluded that the human resources information system applied in the Ministry of Health is effective, as it affects the functions of human resources management (planning, recruitment, career management, training, performance evaluation) in a medium and varying manner أثر نظام معلومات الموارد البشرية على وظائف إدارة الموارد البشرية للإدارة العمومية "دراسة حالة وزارة الصحة والسكان وإصلاح المستشفيات" الملخص: تهدف هذه الدراسة لإبراز أثر نظام معلومات الموارد البشرية على وظائف إدارة الموارد البشرية في الإدارة العمومية، وقد تم الاختيار على وزارة الصحة والسكان واصلاح المستشفيات كنموذج لدراسة الحالة، ولتحقيق ذلك تم استخدام الاستبيان كأداة للدراسة بغية جمع البيانات من خلال توزيعه على عينة ميسرة من الموارد البشرية المستخدمة لهذا النظام في وزارة الصحة، وتم معالجة البيانات باستخدام برنامج التحليل الإحصائي SPSS بالاستعانة بجملة من الاختبارات الإحصائية المناسبة وهذا وفق المنهج الوصفي والتحليلي، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى أن نظام معلومات الموارد البشرية المطبق في وزارة الصحة يتسم بالفعالية، كما أنه يؤثر على وظائف إدارة الموارد البشرية (تخطيط، توظيف، تسيير المسار المهني، التكوين، تقييم الأداء بشكل متوسط ومتباين
